Refund policy

Return Policy We hope you love your Studio Oana piece. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-commissioned prints cannot be returned.

• Heat Damage: As stated in our product care guide, our items are made from PLA (a thermoplastic). We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have warped due to exposure to high heat, dishwasher use, or improper use with real candles.
